How do I close my account?

You can close your Contactzilla account at any time by visiting your account settings.

Go to your account settings using the menu in the top right of the screen as shown below:

Click “Close your account” button as shown below:

Confirm that you want to cancel your account and please let us know why so we can improve Contactzilla in the future as shown below:

Finally, select “Cancel account” to permanently delete your account and all of your contacts as shown below. (Hint, this button might be hidden of the page and you need to scroll to see it.)
